Food & Beverage Delivery:
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and correct presentation. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
Table Management:
Manage and reset tables efficiently to ensure a smooth turnover and seamless dining experience. Maintain a clean and organized section.
Billing:
Prepare and present checks to guests. Process payments accurately using the POS system.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other servers to ensure coordinated and efficient service.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain extensive knowledge of the entire menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
Compliance:
Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and Dubai's health and safety standards.
