Job Description

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our cafe and restaurant, interacting with guests to provide top-tier service. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. You'll work closely with our kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.

What you will do:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive, offering a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders for food and beverages, including our cafe specialties and full restaurant menu. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about ingredients or preparation. Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring correct preparation. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring presentation and accuracy. Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly. Process payments and operate the cash register or POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Assist with the opening and closing of the cafe and restaurant, including setting up and cleaning. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth, efficient service flow.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for food, beverages, and delivering outstanding service. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
