Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to provide excellent service to our guests. You will be the face of Peaches & Cream, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless and delightful dining experience from the moment they are seated until they depart. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with each course and beverage. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Prepare itemized checks and process payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and communicate any special requests or allergies. Maintain a clean and organized section, including setting and resetting tables. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging personality. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment. Strong communication skills in
