Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
Assist customers in selecting shisha flavors and menu items
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service
Handle billing and payments efficiently
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the service area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Polite, energetic, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during live events
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic English communication required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
