Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Food & Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper table setup, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
• Handle special requests and dietary restrictions.

Order & Payment Processing:

• Input orders into the POS system correctly.
• Present bills, process payments, and return change promptly.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
