Responsibilities:
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking orders accurately and efficiently
Ensuring meals are entertained on time and to the satisfaction of guests
Checking for customer satisfaction and responding to requests quickly and professionally
Processing payments accurately and efficiently
Cleaning tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining order throughout the restaurant
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the menu and general restaurant operations
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
