What you will be doing:
Greet and welcome guests with confidence in a friendly manner and high standard of social skills.
Take the guest food and beverage orders, share menu recommendations and inform of any special promotions.
Take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence.
Provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction.
Forward the guest orders to kitchen team for preparation and ensure the food orders are made correctly by the chefs and looks presentable for guests.
Check that guests are satisfied with their meal.
Prepare the bill when guests requested.
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
Flexibility to take on various shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
