Job Summary: Looking for a Waiter/Waitress in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and beverage options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are communicated promptly to the kitchen staff
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely and organized manner while ensuring accuracy and adherence to presentation standards
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking resolution in a courteous way
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow, contributing to a positive work environment
• Ensure each guest receives attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
• Must have exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order-taking and delivery
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
