Job Summary: Looking for a Waiter/Waitress in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Welcome restaurant patrons with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items, specials as well as promotions
• Take accurate and detailed orders from customers, ensuring all preferences and special requests are properly noted
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals to tables
• Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
• Check with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the meal and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, arranging seating as well as ensuring sufficient supplies are available
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food handling
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have previous experience as a waiter/waitress
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of food and beverage items, including menu descriptions and ingredients
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
