Key Responsibilities

  Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the \xe2\x80\x98new\xe2\x80\x99 luxury and therefore deliver \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-style\xe2\x80\x99 service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
  
• Business Development skills are essential \xe2\x80\x93 personnel must have commercial savvy abilities in order to be able to identify opportunities to sell and upsell with guests, while keeping in mind FIVE policies
  
• Support the smooth running of the Venue, where all aspects of the guest\xe2\x80\x99s Food & Beverage service experience are considered \xe2\x80\x98FIVE-star\xe2\x80\x99 all the way!
  
• Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
  
• Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE\xe2\x80\x99s venues, menus, events and assorted guest offerings in order to assist guests at every opportunity
  
• Take ownership of guest concerns, requests and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval.
  
• Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service, at all times
  
• Ability to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same
