Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items or ingredients.
Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Input orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
Serve food and beverages in an efficient and courteous manner.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and address any concerns promptly.
Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
Process payments accurately (cash, credit card, or other methods).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Assist in opening, closing, and side duties as assigned (stocking, polishing cutlery, etc.).
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
