Waiter / Waitress

is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving items efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and guest areas are tidy at all times Check on guests during their visit and respond to requests or concerns Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate Handle bills and payments accurately (if required) Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Skills:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
