Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
Ensure guests receive their orders promptly and correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations.
Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times.
Process bills and handle payment transactions when needed.
Job Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter/Waitress (F&B background preferred).
Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
Team player with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Must be currently in the UAE.
