Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
Provide detailed menu knowledge, including allergy and ingredient info
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS or order slips
Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff
Upsell additional menu items and promotions
Set up tables with linens, glasses, and silverware
Ensure dining area remains clean, tidy, and well-presented
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
Handle billing and process payments efficiently
Attend pre-shift briefings and stay updated on menu changes
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
Create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back
What Were Looking For:
1+ year of proven experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is a bonus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High energy, attention to detail, and a team player
Ability to work shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with POS systems and billing
Knowledge of food service etiquette and hygiene standards
Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 4,000/month (based on experience)
