Job Title: Waiter/Waitress Location: Abu Dhabi Nationality: Chinese preferredJob Overview: A Luxury hospitality brand is looking for waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to their customers. Responsibilities
To confidently serve customers as per the brand standards
Looks for ways to go above and beyond the guests expectations
Completed basic food hygiene and work in a safe and hygienic manner all the times
Have very good product knowledge and is able to confidently describe food and beverage items to a guest
Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
Administer change to tables if needed.
Qualification and Experience
Hotel Management diploma or Bachelors in Hotel Management
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE or 2 years experience in 5 star hotel in China
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in shifts
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
