About the Role:

Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a

Waiter/Waitress

to join our dynamic team and be the face of our hospitality. This role is temporary. The ideal candidate should be on his/her own visa and should be able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area. Handle customer queries and complaints gracefully. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Process bills and handle payments accurately.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a strong work ethic. Good personal grooming and hygiene. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. Talk about specials and Upselling.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
