Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items or daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Check on guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and handle any requests professionally. Process payments, handle POS systems, and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and the dining area. Follow restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. Support team members and assist with opening, closing, and side duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
