WAITER/WAITRESS Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Check products for quality
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in the Restaurant/Food & Beverage industry
• At least 1-2 years experience
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. POS or Toast POS)
• Basic math skills
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Food safety training is a plus
• Positive attitude

Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED2,100.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• server: 1 year (Preferred)
