Possesses finesse and personal flair Serve guests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner. To maintain effective relations with the guest whether for dine-in, delivery, or take-away. Handling guest orders through calls, using standard talk lines.
Welcome, acknowledge/ greet, and seat the guests. Know the menu in and out, as well as out-of-stock items, before shift starts. Setting up of tables and preparation of mis-en-place.
Perform other related duties as may be directed by the immediate supervisor. Must demonstrate good moral fitness and ethical standards. Takes pride in serving the guests and service is in the blood Must possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Highly skilled in taking orders and relaying to kitchen and bar staff Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards In-depth product knowledge of different kinds of food and beverages Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills At least 2 years of working experience as a Waiter/Waitress Flexibility to work in shifts Food safety training would be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
