Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional waiters/waitresses to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a positive dining experience, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and correctly.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (a plus).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
