Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus, explain menu items, and take customer orders accurately Serve food and beverages according to service standards Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer inquiries or complaints politely Coordinate with kitchen and food runners to ensure timely service Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave Process bills and payments correctly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and follow hygiene standards

Qualifications & Skills

Good communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional appearance and attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic math and cash-handling skills Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED390.00 - AED500.00 per week

Expected hours: 48 - 54 per week
