Waiter/Waitress/Game Master at Boardgame Cafe
:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Wait Staff to join our team. As the wait staff cum game master at our boardgame cafe, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience while also helping them to play games.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take food and drink orders Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Assist customers with boardgame selections and rules Maintain a clean and organized dining area Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Process payments and manage cash transactions Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is compulsory Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of boardgames is required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Should be on own visa
