Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused

Waiters/Waitresses

to join our Food & Beverage service team. The ideal candidate must have at least

2 years of experience

in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel environment, with a strong understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and reset after guest departure. Address customer needs and resolve complaints promptly and politely. Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Follow hygiene and safety standards in line with company and local regulations. Support other service team members during busy hours. Handle billing and payments accurately. Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

as a waiter/waitress in the F&B or hospitality industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail. Well-groomed, presentable, and courteous at all times. Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
