We are a burger food truck seeking a well-experienced Waiter / Dispatcher to join our team. This role is based in a food truck environment and involves taking customer orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders directly at the food truck
Enter, organize, and dispatch food truck orders accurately
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
Dispatch orders to delivery riders and monitor order flow
Provide friendly, professional customer service in a food truck setting
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards at the food truck
Requirements:

? Previous UAE experience as a Waiter and/or Dispatcher (food truck experience is a plus)

? Arabic speaking is mandatory

? Strong communication and multitasking skills

? Ability to work in a fast-paced food truck environment

? Willing to work in Abu Dhabi (Khalifa City A)

? Immediate availability is an advantage
