Manage the cashier and report on daily basis to owners
Monitor, control and ensure availability of restaurant inventory in keeping with planned sales
To ensure and demonstrate excellent customer service and promote good practices
Schedules/ allocate store staff to build sales in key dayparts
Resolves customer complaints at store level/ assists staff in the handling of complaints.
Ensures all team members always meet standards for personal appearance, uniform image, & personal hygiene.
Conduct monthly Operational Performance Audits
