Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
Process cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and cashier areas.
Monitor inventory of supplies and inform management of shortages.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with closing duties such as balancing cash drawers and cleaning tables.
