Assist in daily operational activities of the restaurant/catering business.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.
Support in handling client requirements, events, and catering orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or catering operations in the UAE (mandatory).
Malayalam speaking is required (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the UAE food service industry preferred.
