Active Games Dubai is a premium indoor entertainment destination offering karting, VR, arcade games, and cafe services. We focus on delivering high-energy experiences with excellent customer service for families, kids, and corporate guests.



We are looking for a

customer-focused and energetic Waiter

to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with guests, capable of building rapport, and skilled in upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression Build rapport with guests and ensure excellent customer service at all times Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Practice

upselling and suggestive selling

to increase cafe revenue Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Assist the

Barista and Cafe Bar

team when required (training will be provided) Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and cafe floor Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely Support opening and closing duties of the cafe Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow Perform all other duties normally expected of a waiter
Requirements

Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus) Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn cafe and bar operations Prior experience as a waiter is an advantage but not mandatory

3,000 - 3,500
