We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and experienced

Waiter/Captain

to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing customer needs with professionalism and hospitality. As a Captain, you may also guide junior staff, coordinate floor operations, and ensure smooth service during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Waiter Duties:

Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Handle billing and payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Captain Duties (if assigned):

Supervise and assist fellow waiters to ensure smooth service. Allocate tables and manage reservations. Coordinate between kitchen and service staff during peak times. Handle guest complaints or issues professionally. Assist with staff training and daily briefings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
