The Waiter / Bar Attender is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing basic drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas. The role ensures guests have a pleasant dining and bar experience.
Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Set up tables, arrange cutlery, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any requests or concerns.
Process bills, handle payments, and operate the POS system.
Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishes, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar counters, tools, and equipment.
Restock beverages, mixers, ice, and bar supplies.
Check identification for age verification when required.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
