As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests through professional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality in our vibrant dining venues.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and courteous demeanor
• Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
• Upsell menu specials and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
• Prepare the dining area before service and reset tables quickly after guest departure
• Process guest payments accurately and manage cash/credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines in all service operations
• Support team members during peak hours and collaborate to ensure seamless service
• Attend training sessions to stay informed on menu updates, safety standards, and service protocols

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in F&B service, hotel, or restaurant environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills and positive interpersonal approach
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a professional appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Enthusiastic and customer-centric mindset with a team-player attitude
