Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Country Location: Nauru

Availability: Preferably can join immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers courteously. Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently according to restaurant standards. Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining areas. Follow all health and safety regulations. Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant or dining area. Work closely with other team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications and Skills:

3- 5 years of work experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and high level of personal hygiene. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills for handling payments. Food handling or hospitality certification (an advantage).
