Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
