Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to high-quality standards Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during peak hours

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel setting Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments Thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, including ingredients and preparation methods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus * Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
