Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide menu recommendations and knowledge of Middle Eastern dishes. Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Process payments accurately and maintain proper transaction records. Support team members and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere.
Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, team-oriented attitude. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
