We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join IIQAF in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guests' needs promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and drink orders from customers Deliver orders to the correct table and ensure timely service Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about food and beverages Upsell additional products when appropriate Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of orders Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods Knowledge of food safety regulations Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and willingness to learn
