Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and answer inquiries about the menu items.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure the quality meets our standards.
Anticipate and address guests\' needs throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and professionalism.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Process payments and provide accurate change.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic math skills for order processing and billing.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
