Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials.
Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Basic math skills for processing payments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and customer service principles.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
