Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service:Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
Ensure guests\' needs are met and address any concerns promptly. Order Coordination:Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment. Table Maintenance:Set up and clean tables efficiently between guests.
Ensure tableware, glasses, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.
Monitor and replenish condiments and other dining essentials. Up-selling and Specials:Promote special menu items and upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
Provide information about daily specials and recommend pairings. Billing and Payments:Present bills to customers and process payments accurately.
Handle cash and provide change in a secure manner.
Resolve any billing discrepancies or customer concerns related to payments. Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall service quality. Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Basic math skills for processing payments.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

• This role involves standing and moving for extended periods.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month Experience:
