: As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be a crucial part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Address guest inquiries, provide information about menu items, and accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor and anticipate the needs of guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact.
- Process payments and provide accurate change, following cash handling procedures.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
