Position: Waiter / Waitress Package and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary between AED 3,000 - 3,500/- commensurate with experience

- 6 Day work-week
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant point-of-sale systems and order processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations gracefully.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and their preparation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and serving.
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings / weekends / holidays
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service
- Upsell additional menu items and beverages as appropriate.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Waiter/Waitress: 2 years (Required)
- Restaurant/Hospitality: 4 years (Preferred)
- UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
