Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus, make recommendations, and take guests\' orders.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure guests\' needs are met and promptly address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables.
Handle guest payments, process orders through the point-of-sale system, and provide accurate change.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food handler\'s or alcohol service certification (if required by local regulations).
