As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, efficiently processing orders, and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and courteously.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions Handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Food handler's certification a plus Knowledge of food and beverage service
