We are looking for a friendly and professional

Waiter/Waitress

to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the system.

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

- Ensure that tables are clean, organized, and set according to restaurant standards.

- Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

- Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu, especially regarding Greek cuisine and specialties.

- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and politely.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing empty plates, glasses, and utensils.

- Multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Assist in other duties, such as restocking supplies, when necessary.

Qualifications

:

- In-depth knowledge of Greek cuisine and menu offerings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage several tables in a fast-paced environment.

- Polite, attentive, and customer-oriented attitude.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

- Food Safety Certificate required.

Experience Level

:

- 1+ year of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in fine dining or themed restaurants.

Entering accurate guest orders efficiently into the system: 1 year (Required) Serving food & drinks to guests promptly and professionally: 1 year (Required) Ensuring tables are clean, organized & set to standards: 1 year (Required) Relay orders to kitchen and ensure prompt, timely service: 1 year (Required) Greek cuisine: 1 year (Preferred) fine dining or themed restaurants: 1 year (Required)
Language:

Fluent English (Required) Arabic (Preferred) other languages such as French, Spanish, or similar (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* Food Safety Certificate (Required)
