Join our dynamic team as a Waiter/ Waitress in the heart of Dubai's vibrant hospitality industry! We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge Adapt to changing needs during busy periods, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Knowledge of food and beverage menus, with a willingness to learn and expand expertise
