Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Present menus, offer recommendations, and take accurate orders Serve food and beverages with precision and elegance Ensure tables are impeccably set and maintained Handle billing and payment processes efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in every interaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage Impeccable grooming and presentation Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
