Waiter/Waitress Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi

An amazing opportunity has opened up in our Afya All Day Dining restaurant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our guests and always remaining available to assist and advise when necessary. What are we looking for?

A high level of Standards. Efficiency and punctuality. Attention to detail. A warm and friendly character. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service. Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values. What will you do?

Interact with clients and understand their needs. Guide the guest through Lobby Lounge menu. Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste. Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner. Collaborate with the Kitchen colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
