Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Serve all food and drinks to guests a timely manner.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction Through Excellent Service,
- Professionally respond to customer complaints
- Knowledge Of The Menu,with the ability to make suggestions.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Prepare And close down the front of house areas Before and after service.
- Maintain A Safe Workplace Environment.
- Foster Co-operative respect between co-workers.
- Experience Providing Excellent Customer Service In a fast-paced environment
- A Positive Attitude And Ability Work Well Under Pressure.
- Able To Handle Money Accurately And Operate A Point- of-sale system
- Knowledge of Arabian cuisine and flavours
- Decisive And Critical Thinker.
- Passion For Exceptional And Consistent Service And food quality.
- High Level Of Personal And Professional Hygiene.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
