Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and explain daily specials and promotions
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen/bar teams promptly
Serve food and drinks with attention to timing, presentation, and guest preferences
Check in with guests during service to ensure satisfaction and handle requests professionally
Maintain clean, well-organized service areas and adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Assist with setting up and closing service stations, including bussing and resetting tables
Process guest bills and accept payments when required, following hotel cash-handling procedures
Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
