Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide excellent table service
Present menu, take orders, and serve food/beverages accurately
Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-set before service
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly
Process bills and maintain accurate order records
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards
Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (hotel or restaurant preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Presentable, polite, and professional
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Candidates with local hotel/restaurant experience preferred
